An American woman heard Wolfgang sing in Los Angeles and wrote these emotional words, which I was very happy about and I thank her very music: Wolfgang Hildebrandt is a singer-songwriter whose life and music are anchored in love and peace. A musician for human rights, he carries a prayer for the world — a prayer he set to music in his newly released anthem, “Let’s Stay Together,” now part of the Grammy consideration process. Through this song, Wolfgang invites us to remember our shared humanity, hold fast to love, and build a future of peace for our children.
“One of the most important messages in my songs is that we are never alone,” Wolfgang explained. “Music has the power to dissolve barriers. When my voice reaches a heart, all differences melt away, and in that moment we are one.” That is why his performances often end with standing ovations — and why the United Nations continues to invite him back to sing before delegates of 191 countries. In Johannesburg, South Africa, he sang for the Nelson Mandela Foundation and gave a private concert for Archbishop Desmond Tutu in Cape Town. In Namibia, he generously left his own electric piano with a church so that the music would continue after he departed because he loves the African people and their culture. His Billboard-charting single “One World One Love,” his Carnegie Hall performances, and collaborations with Oscar-winning artists have been so fulfilling and have only deepened his resolve for his mission in life. Wolfgang explains, “Music is my life. It is the most beautiful way I know to carry love and peace, to turn guns into guitars. A planet without music would be a planet without breath.” “My true reward is touching hearts and giving children hope for a better world.” At the center of everything stands his theme expressed in“Let’s Stay Together.” It is Wolfgang’s anthem and his invitation: “Let’s stay together, because we only live once on this planet, and this planet only exists once. Different colors, races, and religions are gifts that make us whole. Let us hold onto love, hope, and peace — today, not tomorrow — for the sake of our children and the future we all share.” |

An American woman heard Wolfgang sing in Los Angeles and wrote these emotional words, which I was very happy about and I thank her very music:
Wolfgang Hildebrandt is a singer-songwriter whose life and music are anchored in love and peace.
“Music heals places words cannot reach,” Wolfgang says. “When people hear “Let’s Stay Together,” I want them to feel less alone. We don’t have to wait for peace. We can choose it, right now.”
The first time I heard Wolfgang sing, his voice wrapped us in love and peace. During “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “I Am,” I felt him convey the truth that we are divine beings, created by Love, with an unlimited capacity to love. In that moment, I was reminded of my own divine identity — lifted, cocooned in peace, and reawakened to the truth that love is who I am and what I am called to give.
“One of the most important messages in my songs is that we are never alone,” Wolfgang explained. “Music has the power to dissolve barriers. When my voice reaches a heart, all differences melt away, and in that moment we are one.”
That is why his performances often end with standing ovations — and why the United Nations continues to invite him back to sing before delegates of 191 countries.
Faith has guided him from the beginning. As a boy, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s message, “I Have a Dream,” became his compass. His father taught him guitar and nurtured his voice; church choirs confirmed the calling he already felt in his soul.
Later, gospel legend Andraé Crouch became not only an influence but a close friend. Together they wrote the bridge of “Let’s Stay Together.” “Andraé believed in me when I could hardly believe in myself,” Wolfgang recalls. “He told me, ‘You’re going to win a Grammy.’ What he meant was that music should leave a legacy of love.”
Wolfgang once declined the prestigious post of lead singer for a German Military Band, which led him to extraordinary moments—he sang at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin as Ambassador for World Peace Day. Because of his powerful messages, he was invited to repeat performances at the United Nations, including the Peace Bell Ringing Ceremony. Standing before world leaders, he urged, “Peace cannot wait for tomorrow. It must begin with us today. If we want a different future for our children, then now is the moment to plant it.”
A planet without music would be a planet without breath.”
“My true reward is touching hearts and giving children hope for a better world.”
Wolfgang believes music can raise people above their struggles and return hope to their hands. You hear that same spirit expressed in his song, “In My Eyes,” co-written with songwriter India Perez and paired with a playful, AI-crafted video. The song radiates joy, inviting listeners to smile, dance, and remember that music is a universal language of connection.
Through Hollywood Hills Records and The Hollywood Late Night Show, Wolfgang continues to champion artists with messages of justice and compassion. A voting member of the Recording Academy and a two-time Grammy mentor, he uses every platform to connect heart to heart, and lead others to do do the same.
At the center of everything stands his theme expressed in“Let’s Stay Together.” It is Wolfgang’s anthem and his invitation:
“Let’s stay together, because we only live once on this planet, and this planet only exists once. Different colors, races, and religions are gifts that make us whole. Let us hold onto love, hope, and peace — today, not tomorrow — for the sake of our children and the future we all share.”
